It may seem dumb but I didn't want anybody to get the idea that I think
there should be an Internet Hawaii Blacklist (based on my sentence taken out
of context above, the next sentence begins with "seriously though"). I don't
think there should be one. I do believe some drivers should be reported to
Papyrus. I have replays of guys sitting and waiting at the apex of the
trioval at Dega then pulling out when the leaders come by. That takes more
than 24 hours for me to forgive and those are the types of incidents I
would report.

:with a laps per incident ratio of 4 or less, which would include alot of
:drivers. Seriously though, Extreme caution should be taken when posting a
:list like this especially with case sensitivity and spelling of names. You
