Howdy, Has Sierra started hawaii for ICR2 yet?

Yet?...I'm afraid it's not in the works.  When Papyrus and
NASCAR negotiated for NROS, one of the ageements was that
the serive be exclusive, and that Papyrus can't do another online
racing system.

There's probably much more to it than my simple explanation, but
it sums up the basics of the deal.
