I just bought a monster 3d today, to add to my Millenium II
So far it kicks ass but I dont understand the Display, and Refresh Rates,
and the manual, readme and online manual SUCKS it says how to use it but
doesnt say what the Refresh Rates and Resolution do, or how to use
these...got any ideas?

My Monitor:
Max Vertical : 120hz
Min Vertical: 50hz
Max Horizontal: 70khz
Min Horizontal: 31khz

What does all that mean? When would I ever change this?
Im running Moto Racer in 640x480, do I need to make the monster3d settings
at 640x480? what do I do? how do I use the Refresh rates? and why?

If you put your Monster in your machine and NEVER touch it you will be fine.  Of
course updating the drivers to keep current is a great idea but you should never
even have to venture into the control panel or change a single setting.

MONSTER3D QUESTIONS

I installed the Monster 3d card to go with my Matrox Millenium Video
card. I also have a 17" IIyama monitor, that is configured for a "User
Defined" monitor for the best refresh rates. I realized after using the
Monster 3d card, and it WAS great right from the start, that i could get
better performance with a few minor adjustments. When I would open
display prperties in Win95, and go to the "Monster3d settings" tab, I
saw refresh rates settings but they were all default. After sleuthing
around some, I realized that I had never installed the Monitor.inf file
that came with my new monitor, I just did plug-n-play. After installing
the .inf file, I could go back to the settings tab and adjust the
refresh rates as I wanted to.

I hope this helps! This is truly an Awesome combination, and the 3d
games out now, like Moto Racer really come alive now with the new card!
