EDUARDO RAMOS - you are an id*ot, a f*ol, a baf*on, a sh*thead, a t*at, and
most of all, a GPL no-h*per.

Those of you reading this may think this is rude and you're right, it is, i
am a rude person when i want to be, and EDUARDO RAMOS has chosen the wrong
person to make an enemy of, i'm going to kick your ass out of every event i
host, and will make DAMN SURE every other host knows EXACTLY what you like
to do on VROC.

Eduardo, if you need to drive the wrong way round tracks, do it offline, the
AI have much more impressive accidents, online accidents you can't even see
the car most the time. If you have fascinations with accidents I suggest you
get hold of a few NASCAR races at Talladega on tape. VROC is not Virtual
Crashers Online Connection, you know what it's all about, this is the 3rd
time that I PERSONALLY have seen you doing this, and god knows how many
other times you've done it, the 1.1 patch will allow you to be kicked
hopefully, and your ass is gonna be very sore after i've booted it a few
times.

Some of you out there may want evidence, and I am happy to provide this, i
have uploaded a replay for this.
Jack Rambo was the host and the replay also shows him having to dodge.

Tim,

I too have had the misfortune of encountering reverse racers. More than
once I had to disconnect from a good race because of idiots like Ramos. I
never understood what they got out of it. But with the patch coming
out, their days and reverse races are numbered.

Don't know his real name but there was a guy called bomber on GSB last night
trying to boast about counter racing and how much fun it is.
Maybe someone can shed some light on his real identity.

When someone like this shows up just highlight his name in chat and
right click then click whois, you'll find out soon enough.

I completely agree with the vitriol poured on people who deliberately drive the
wrong way round a track - they are selfish idiots. However on one occasion as a
newbie I span round a few times and drove in the wrong direction on recovery until
I saw someone coming in the right direction because I didn't know which way was
which. I have seen rookies do this more than once. We have to be careful not to
confuse the rookies with the spoilers.
Cheers,
Paul

I was taken out of a hotlap on Spa by a "reverse driver" M Bolcini, on
Saturday night, he drove the track backwards and swerved all over the track
trying to take people out.
He ruined two races for many drivers.
The thing is in the 2nd race after the carnage he actually drove quite well
and finished 4th so I dont understand why he felt the need to try and ruin
it for others.

A couple things. One, the person might have been "bored" and decided to
do something different...though he took it out on everyone else and
ruined their enjoyment. Secondly, he might have used it as a tactic to
get everyone else out of the race so that he could come in at a higher
spot.

As for people who drive "the other way" in races, they can definitely be
annoying, but there was one night I had that happen when it was actually
pretty funny. It was like a video game where I had to try to avoid some
crazy guy at 180mph. He never did get me, but it did keep me on my toes.
The next game there were two people who intentionally did that and we
knew they were going to so it was no surprised. I wanted to finish the
race and avoided them as best I could. However, they targeted me like a
couple heat seeking missiles. If one missed the other was sure to get me
as I rounded a corner. It was actually pretty funny and quite fun when
they missed me.

When I finally finished the race (second place?! Who the heck was in
front of me?) I spun my car 180
degrees and went right after those two guys. We had a demolition derby
for the next hour or hour and a half and I have to admit was the most fun
I had online in a long time. I mean, when else can you go after someone
head on at 189 mph head-on and try to smash them without the other
person being mad at you? The crashes were pretty spectacular too. Lots
of fires and carnage. Ever since then I haven't seen
any reverse course people ruining anyone's fun. I guess I've been lucky.

Anyway, if you have a sense of humor and the person does it when everyone
is so tired that they really didn't care (my demolition derby took place
at around 2 in the morning) then it's a lot of fun. Otherwise I think
they're being jerks when everyone is being serious about winning and
suddenly they turn around and start trying to hit everyone.

That's odd.  I've seen him on a couple of races I've hosted, and I haven't seen
him execute such stupid stunts.  He always posts very quick times...  I thought
he was a good driver!
