Maximum 8 drivers. But, there's one anomaly. I notice that sometimes the
other driver's car seems to "stop" or slow down at certain point of the
track. To that driver, my car would seem to zip by at turbo speed on his
pc. I wonder what might cause that... After trying MGPRS2 again, I
still find GPL cars "easier" to handle: 1) no sticky grass in GPL (grass
composed of crazy glue) 2) the hability to do power turns in GPL: turn
the wheel, mash the gas and the car will do a 180 degree turn. Online
with MGPRS2, when I was facing the wrong direction (after a bump from
other driver, I never do any mistakes ;) ), I find it hard and
frustrating to go back in the right direction... turn the
wheel...reverse... turn the wheel... first gear.. repeat.. then you're
30 sec from the guy in front of you... At least in GPL (or Nascar), you
can be put back on the right track faster. I do like to race in the rain
though! It's so hard. Plus, it's always fun to get friendly competition.
note to Montrealers: there's a Ubisoft server in Montreal. So our
connection to that server is always good (nice change from TEN).
