MGPRS and Game Client Service disconnect problem

  I have been trying to run on the GCS and everything goes fine for the most
part but most times when racing around any track my ISP is disconnected. I
was wondering if anyone else was having this problem or if it is just my
machine. I have the 1.04v version and the Game Client Service update. Please
help, losing too much track time.
