N2 Entry List/Paintkit Problems

N2 Entry List/Paintkit Problems

For some reason, I can't load new cars into my entry list.  Also, some of
the cars I already have no longer show up in the entry list.  I can't even
get into the paintkit.  When I press the Paintkit button, nothing happens.
 What's going on???
