ICR2 & Indy

I had Indycar Racing with the Indianapolis Track add-on.  I also have
Indycar Racing 2.  I recently installed Indycar Racing 2 again and
installed the Indianapolis Track add-on and used a Conversion program
to make it work with ICR2.

Now, I get an error "Unable to load TRACKS.  Incomplete installation or
not enough memory".  If un remove the INDY track directory, ICR2 runs
fine.

What do I need to do to get the Indianapolis track to work?

I had the same problem until I discovered that I had no "indy.txt"
file in the indy directory.  When I borrowed the file from the old ICR
indy folder, the sim ran, but I got a crash immediately upon starting
the race.  I assume the crash is happening because the file is not
quite right.  I've tried using other indy.txt files on the net and
from another indy patch, but no luck yet.  If you can help me, let me
know.  Attached is the file I'm using now.

Haven't tried it yet, but looks promising.

Nope, spoke too soon.  This didn't work for me either.
