The Pits Touring Car Championship Patch

Just wanted to congratulate the folks who put out this Patch for N2
on the great job they've done.

Nascar2 which has been gathering dust on my shelf for the last few months
while I played GP2 and ICR2, has now been given a great big shot of adrenaline.

I am finding that driving the touring cars is a whole new challenge, and
with those special details in the patch like new engine sounds, dashboards
and very realistic AI, I find it hard to resist running just a few more laps
when I should be doing other stuff like sleeping.

The action really does seem very realistic especially the engine sounds,
and I'm glad to be able to enjoy this form of racing on my PC after seeing
the North American Touring Cars race at Portland this year.

If you haven't taken the time to download and checkout this patch you
are missing out on some serious fun.

Again, thanks to all who worked on this for a great new N2 experience.

Now I just have to decide whether to pay for the full ICR2toN2 converter
or wait for a free one to turn up. I'm itching to race at Elkhart Lake, but
as a freeware author myself, I don't want to encourage the demise of freeware
utilities.

Cheers.

I'm glad to be able to enjoy this form of racing on my PC after
seeing

that made it more enjoyable, or at least memorable. I've been rooting
for M.B. since he jumped ponds so that was nice too.

O.K. so here's the deal. I'm going to pony-up the bucks for the
converter today. I live by Greenlake and if you'd like to try it out
when it arrives, let me know.
