I highly recommend www.interactcd.com.  I first used them to buy F1RS
when it was not initially released in the US.

I've been very happy with the service I received from
http://www.ebworld.com . I've gotten titles that I couldn't get
elsewhere: GP500 and Touring Car Challenge (TOCA2). I usually received
the order within 3 or 4 days. Even now, during the busy season.
