No, just setup options, like in N3 or GPL or whatever.

Hey Mark, I saw that you were going to start a Nascar2000 series.
It won't work for one reason.. The laptime and the wall-clock time
won't match up in N2K. N2K, like NR before it and GP2 before that
doesn't drop frames when there is a heavy graphics load. Therefore
it will simply slowdown, etc. while the old clock on the wall ticks
away. It would be impossible to run any kind of off-line series
with it, if that is what you planned.

HEY, what about a series with F1-2000?

It is VERY cool, Mark.

Here is the post where the N2K game producer states that the
real-time vs. game-time won't be equal:

It is unfortunate that Jeff has had that experience with the game.

It has me scratching my head because most of the time I run in Veteran
with everything ON in NASCAR Options and Short Pit ON. I have done
multiple seasons an 100's of races at the various tracks without an
almost opposite experience to his ...

And as I stated earlier the real times vs. game times are not 100%
accurate. We went for feel of the track over being accurate.

Do any of the game menu options allow you to change the performance of
the car? I've seen that kind of ***in a couple of brand new games
recently, and it *destroys* the opportunity to have competitions,
online OR offline.
