The game/sim itself looks fine, but when looking at replay, or live action,
in the viewing box in the top right corner, I get those psychedelic dots and
textures. Full screen, they're not there. Any idea what that is? Voodoo3,
1.07 drivers, running on 3dfx, plenty of RAM, cpu etc....

Try newer drivers, dx8...
I have no problem on my v3 3000 system.
But I have the same problem as you with a v5 5500 system.

I missed the original post, but funny colors in the replay with a
Voodoo card?
Installing George Smiley's Glide Wrapper
(http://www.kotr.de/org/tools/tools.htm) will solve it.
