WARNING:TEN and Internet Explorer

From Sim Racing News:

I've discovered a major bug with the of the TEN software while installing
NASCAR-2.  The bug affects your dial-up script for accessing the
Internet.  Installing the TEN software may corrupt the file that Win95
uses for its TCP/IP connection, therefore rendering anything other than
WinCIM 2.01's Mosaic useless.

If you're using WinCIM 3.01 try reinstalling it using the full install,
including MS Internet Explorer but not the Air Warrior game.

Many thanks to all the people with confirming this information.

Best Regards,

Marc J. Nelson

WARNING:TEN and Internet Explorer

If this is indeed true,  there are two problems with the install.  I didn't
install the TEN package, and what it messed up here was just MSIE and the
AOL frontend software.  My dialup software ( Dialup Networking ) was not
affected.  My news and mail still worked.   So, if I had of installed TEN
it would have screwed up pretty much all of my internet stuff??  Gee, maybe
you beta guys should check how a program affects the other programs on your
system, as well as making sure the game works fine.
