I see GTL will be out in a couple days. Is there a US Location for pre-order

GTL is looking more like November (most UK retailers and on-line shops have
the 4th as release date now). I don't think I've seen any release date for
the US even though SimBin said it would be a worldwide release.

I know of someone in Sweden who received his copy yesterday. Does that
