(Can't find original posting, using this follow-up.)

I think I know what you're problem is.  What you have to do is experiment with
the pedals to see which way they work.  I *think* what I did was (this was
+- 9 months ago):

(1)     Stepped left (my brake) pedal DOWN for 'leftmost', UP for 'rightmost'
(2)     Stepped right peddal UP for 'topmost', DOWN for 'bottom'.

This should work.

The problem with that is where's the mid point?  The calibration routine will ask
you that.  It has to be precise for pit menu selection.
