I recently upgraded to a Voodoo3 3000, Soundblaster Live and a PDPI L4
Card. ( I had an old Voodoo1 and a SB AWE64)

Since the upgrade I have not been able to join a race in NROS on TEN.
The screen just goes black and locks up my PC and I have to reboot.

Are there any known issues with NROS/TEN and:
Voodoo3 3000
Soundblaster Live (PCI)
PDPI L4 Controller Card

There seems to be an issue between Voodoo3  video cards and the Nros3dfx.exe
enabler.  I can't tell you more than to email your problem to

card.  That's all I unfortunately can do about the problem.

I've seen at least a dozen people with the problem as you.  You can still
race with nros.exe at the moment.
