Thrustmaster Sprint - Any Good?

I am looking for a good wheel to use, that doesn't
need pedals too.  So it should be easy to brake and
accelerate with by using the wheel for that too.
I heard that the TM Sprint might fit this bill.
Anyone tried it?

I've had mine for about two weeks now.  It's definitely a major upgrade in
quality from the Grand Prix 1 I had before.  I have noticed that I can't get
it to calibrate correctly in Windows unless I have the pedals hooked up.  As
I prefer using the paddles, this is definitely a problem.
I do like it for GPL and NR1999, though.

Say Hey Gear Heads,
I bought a TM Sprint. Overall it works well in GPL, with only a couple of
issues. The worst is that often after stopping in the pits , the throttle pedal
gets lost...re-calibrating doesn't get it back. Only exiting and restarting
fixes it. The other is the pedal set is not well sealed and collects dirt which
interferes with calbration. I've fixed this by using electronic circuit cleaner
after removing the bottom plate. At $60 US it's not a bad set. (TIP) Sam's club
stores had it bundled with Nascar2.....If anybody cares!!!!
