editrpy bug ?

by Frank Bloe » Mon, 03 Jun 1996 04:00:00

I d/l the replay editor and used it on an icr2 replay file:
the laptimes where ok but the average speed per lap seems to be a
lot slower than the one registerd by the game itself.

Does anyone have a logical explanation ??

that happens to me at Nazareth.  With a lap of 188 mph, editrpy reports
at 185.5 mph.  The only thing i could think of is that ICR2 calculates
the time with track length of 1.000 and editrpy calculates it with 1.080
miles. I think that at Long Beach, the time is correct, so this
explanation seems plausible.
