Grand Prix Legends - D3D and OpenGL drivers WHERE ARE THEY !!! AHHHHH !!!

...and please don't tell me "on the sierra web site".  I have been all over
that damn website and have not been able to find the D3D driver I see in so
many messages.

I did find a beta OpenGL driver on another web site.  I loaded it, and I can
race one time, but when I go to exit the race and go back to the menu
screens, the top half of the screen ends up on the bottom, and the bottom
half ends up on the top of the screen, flickering.  Not real useful.  I am
sure I have to do something in the core.ini file, but I have no idea what.
I searched the deja.com archives and did not find much.

Does anybody have a set of core.ini settings that work with a NVidia TNT 2
Pro card... I have one of these that came in my new 1.2 Ghz HP Athlon.  I
have ALWAYS had Voodoo cards, so all this is new to me.  I downloaded and
loaded the latest NVidia Detonator 3 drivers (or at least I think I did, how
would I tell, all the driver files appear to be version 4.12.01.0650) ?

IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR FILES I NEED, please give me a URL where
they are.  I seem to have little luck finding anything out of the ordinary
on the Sierra site.

You'll find the d3d patch at Papy's site - www.papy.com
Go to products, GPL, and there you should find it.

Some people do nothing wrong.
The problem is, they do nothing.
And THAT is wrong.

Yeah I poked around papy.com last week and didn't
see it either....maybe I wasn't digging deep enough, but since papy
re-designed their site...most of the files are
gone.
