I've been playing Heat online for a while and its cool, but you get your
fair share of "idiots/cheats/can't race in *** mode" morons, so I'm
just wondering what its like racing GPL online ? Does the moron distribution
decrease exponentially with the realism/difficulty of the game ?

I dont want to set up VROC and then find out I've wasted my time, so I'm
after some idea of the driver behaviour.

Yes. Especially more since it's a 2-year old game. Thus, any kind of
newbie or 3L33+ moron has gone to other things in life. That still doesn't
mean that all GPL drivers are good drivers.

There are a few.....but honestly its mostly good racers who have proper
racing edicate.

Don't miss out - get VROC at once!
The worst online racing is at Monza in unpassworded pickup races, as there
is usually a big shunt in Turn 1, but apart from that there is an amazing,
immersive and exciting experience to be had

There are many good GPL leagues which offer clean friendly and fun racing.
Driving for points aswell as a win increases the enjoyment IMO.

Well, since the last F3000 race on A1-Ring, 10 cars leaving the track
at lap 1 turn 1 doesnt seem to be unrealistic to me any longer ;)

PS: the idiots per race number increases immediately after a real F1 GP
and decreases over time...

Installing VROC is a breeze so just do it :)
For me it was a major shocker when I did my first N4 online racing:

Instead of the VROC 'awfully sorry for that pal' - 'no problem at all
chap' attitude I really had to get used to N4's 'WHAT THE %&$^ ARE YOU

So yes, compared to other online communities VROC has few moron
drivers. But nothing beats joining a league though..
