Im having problems with the DOS version of the CART Racing Paintkit. I
try to run it with something like "paintkit cars95", it starts to load,
clears the screen and then quits. I do have my mouse loaded, so Im sure
its not that. Any help would be appreciated.

The only thing I can think of is to check and make sure the cars.dat
file is not set to read-only (attributes or "properties" in win95
lingo).
