What is the deal with the IVGA Talladega qualifying records going up in
the last 10 days or so?  The record was something like 196.9 for awhile
there and the whole list went higher than that and the record is over
200mph now.

Did the latest beta MULTI.EXE cause this? I would really like to know.

I'm guessing it's the track temps. The hotter the track, the faster we go!

I'll bet it's because you can now modify the weather conditions
when nominating a race. Next time your on hawaii, join a Dega race
with the track temp at 120 . You'll see quals approaching 198.

BTW, is there a limit as to how hot?

Could just be a hack attempt too.  I find it unlikely that anyone could get this
kind of speed in 3 laps.  Besides, with Hawaii available, who cares about the
Fastlap program?  The best qualifying times being turned on the system are right
there to be seen with the MPAnalyzer program, and you know they're genuine.

Bill, these times are being run on MP! Thats problem! They aren't being done legit,
IMHO!

Oh, I thought the original poster was talking about FASTLAP times.  Anyways,
there are still glitches on Hawaii concerning this.  I ran a race online at Dega
a while back and when I loaded up NR offline to practice at Dega it showed a new
lap record set by me.  The lap speed?  Well, it was 228.223mph!  Now how the
hell did I do that?  This happened from time to time at Sears Point as well.  I
don't know if Papyrus has worked out this bug, but it seems quite rare.

I know what you mean.  I have a record at Bristol of 250+.  I had to do a
double take.  I've never heard of Tally 27.
