Why was the stop watch for the pits taken out of the car and only seen if
you are veiwing from the F10 key? could we possablly have it back or have
the spotter tell us how long the car has been stoped int he pits this could
be very help full to judge were the leader is on the track during the green
flag stops.

I dunno, The spotter tells what turn the pace car is in when your on
pit road.  I DO miss the pit board as you pass the start/finish line
though. I've munged up many an approach to Turn 1 reaching for the
F1 key :)

As Andy mentioned, the spotter does a great job of telling you where the
pace car is. I still miss the stop watch, but for a different reason:
That's how I use to tell I was pitted properly. If you wait to hear if the
air wrenches start up, you've already lost valuable time. However, if you
have your F2 screen up, you'll see "Pit" come up on the standings next to
your name when the crew starts working.

The one consolation on the pit board is that you can have the spotter call
out your lap times. I actually prefer that to having to look up. It would
be nice if you could get him to call split times to the car ahead or behind
as well.
