Destruction Derby 2 video problem!!! HELP!!!

by Jeroen van Engelenhove » Sun, 15 Mar 1998 04:00:00

Destruction Derby 2 (Low res) in Windows 95 (there is no DOS version on my
CDROM) only fills my screen at the top half. It's squeezed in there and the
bottom part of the screen is black! I cannot adjust my screen so much that
it fits the whole screen. I cannot get it bigger than half the screen. The
hi-res version works alright but is far too slow. The demo (DOS!!!) worked
alright too. Can anybody help me?
System: P200 MMX, Diamond Stealth 64 DRAM, DirectX 5.0 (everuthing
certified).

This sounds like a video card driver problem.  Make sure you have the
most recent drivers for your video card.

Nope! I've got my system as up to date as can be and all programs work. Even
the newest ones that require DirectX 5.0. So why does such an old one give
me trouble... I wished they'd put the DOS version on the CD...
