Maybe the guy was trying to determine if he was being sold a pirate copy or
not. Why not ask him before making accusations?

No No, Geez , I was just curious, because i bought a game from best buy and
the cd was not wrapped and it was defective so i exchanged it and the
second copy i got the cd case was wrapped. so thats was all, my copy of N4s
was not wrapped and just wanted to be sure , if i found out it was sealed i
would go and exchange it, can't stand  software that was opend ya know, so
no illigal intentions.. besides I'm lactose intolerent :)

That's what I though.  I wouldn't be surprised is Best Buy got this
defective CD and rewrapped the game and resold it.  I would suggest to not
buy from Best Buy, or any of those big stores that sell anything-and-nothing
;)   .

I just rec my n4speed high stakes yesterday for fathers day and box was taped
at flaps, cd case was not wrapped either was box. It was bought at electronics
boutique in NJ. Does anyone know how EA shiped these out?

At least you got SOMETHING in your box!

Nothing! Not even the cheesy flyers or registration paper!
The box had those plastic circle seals stuck on both ends.

Luckily Wal~Mart exchanged it for another one.

Note: I always get them to open it at the cash before leaving now.

Mine is the same as yours and so are a couple of others too,so i guess
thats how EA shipped this one.

Yup know what ya mean, there was also a time i got a game from compusa and
the manual was torn and there were finger prints all over the disk :P and
when i went back to exchange it, one box was ripped and taped back together
(looked like sombody shoved it up there A-hole) and another was empty,
nothing but the manual,  i guess your suggestion to look in the box before
leaving is a good one. hate those extra trips back to the store.

Yeah i know i know hehe, but sometimes the wife picks it up and you know
how they are with the price thing , or whichever store is on the way to
where she's going or coming from  :)
