Well I'm glad you didn't just start complaining about T1 crashes or stopped
cars out on the track. I take a fairly robust attitute to this sort of thing
& just deal with it.

otoh doing laps in reverse & railriding really bug me, but in the last
couple of months I've only seen one railrider and I recall someone who had
finished the race driving back up the track while others were still on their
last lap. The latter was probably just thoughtlessness rather than
deliberate though.

I tend to race late evening (sometime around 9pm to 1am) UK time. What about
you?

Simple Eldred.

If New Yorkers see planes being crashed into their buildings, why don't they
just move away?

Cave in to these idiots and they have won.......

Ok Mark - I *know* you don't really think that's a good parallel... :-(

Maybe not buddy but the principle is the same.

If after paying  to be in a qualifying session for something like 1/2 an
hour - remember that some of us have to pay by the minute for dialup online
time - some antisocial prat decides to try and wreck mine and others hard
earned leisure expenditure, why the hell should we have to simply move
along? It's against all my principles to be railroaded by inadequate morons

morons

Just try to be a bit less brittle. The vast majority of incidents are
mistakes. The very few incidents that are deliberate usually seem to come
from short-lived vindictiveness, and you can lessen the chances of that
happening by being less brittle.

Even at it's lowest, vroc is still surprisingly polite I find.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by this. Please qualify.

Sure thing. I can tolerate this as well as the next person. Hell, I make
more than my fair share.

I can name one guy. He uses the handle BIBOX and has been*** around for
about a month now. When not trying to wreck races he sits in chat, abusing
everybody with his sewer mouth.

That word brittle again. If I was to come across this guy in real life, he
would be discovering how brittle a hard drive can be when it experiences a
decellerative force of aroung 100 g

I agree with you Malc. Most VROC members are great people. However, when
somebody is doing their best to take out an entire field whilst firing abuse
and verbal bombardments of the magnitude that would make the average rapper
blush.....

If it's solely because you have to pay by the minute for internet access, then
that's your choice, and I can't comment on it.  Since mine includes unlimited
access, I find it easier to simply find another race to join.
Life's too short to deal with morons, y'know?

less brittle = less likely to snap (get angry).

Don't recognise the name. What time do you race, usually? I'm late evenings
UK time.

I'll look out for him/her, though thanks.

Yeah don't you just wish you could type really sarcastic stuff & stay on the
track?? Oh the opportunities I've missed... ;-)

Look out for me on vroc & say hi.

Uh - I suspect that may not be a matter of choice. Not every country is the
U.S., you know, with several telecomm companies offering alternative (and
affordable) plans for Internet access (or even, for plain telephone calls)...

No, I meant it's his choice to stay in a race with a wrecker...  Did you
actually follow the discussion, or did you just want to get in a dig at the
U.S.?  Sheesh...
