I can't seem to get into the Car Setup screen.
Ok in Multiplayer as there is a menu option for Last Minute Changes, but
offline the only way is at the Pit Screen with the option
on the Wheel, but what keypress takes me down to the Car Setup? Arrow keys
and Pg Up, etc don't do it. I have a Logitech Wheel and pedals
so this may have something to do with it.

gas pedal for me is up the list on the wheel, brake pedal is down the list,
shift up button on my wheel selects the highlighted selection
