GPL: New Tracks Please?

As a complete programming duffer can I make a plea for somebody else to
create two particular tracks for GPL? With all the fuss made over fictitious
'ovals' and the like, it would nevertheless be nice to have the correct
'Bugatti' circuit for 1967. If this was to be followed by a Jarama circuit
for 1968 (and with the carsets being developed) two seasons could be run.
And if somebody came up with a separate 'Career Mode' utility, like in (but
better than) MGPRS, all the developments could be linked?
Anyway, if anybody wants to take it on, I will take the credit for the idea,
and keeping you from any other possibly futile endeavours like earning a
living etc.

The powers currently are only to convert real-life existing tracks. Those
are not fictitious track but real ones in the United States.  They are
tracks that the CART series, or Nascar, use.  Dubai is the only exception
here. It's an actually fantasy tracks (there is 2 of them) that the Papyrus
crew did.  David flattened it and reversed it.

At the moment you only have basic TRK and 3DO editors, but in the future
there is some good possibility to have TRK and 3DO makers, thus making it
possible to create real tracks.  It won't be tomorrow, still.

  Un question,
Can they take parts of one track and use them with another? For instance,
taking sections of dega and adding the high banks to Monza. Please say yes
someone! : )

Semi-spam_Hans and I wrote (heh!) :

You could do this, as if you ever have a TRK creator, you could take some
pieces of each track and create a "Ultima track" like the one for Grand Prix
2.  Just remember the lengths of the corner, the radius, if the radius
decreases or not, elevation, straight length, width of track, banking,
camber and bingo you can assemble your ultimate track.

As for adding the Monza banking, Im not sure that the "tool" from I don't
say whom is creating lets you overlap a track.  I mean... Im not sure you
could created a 8-shaped track, because if you look at Monza carefully with
the oval configuration it's a 8-shaped track, similar to Suzuka.
