Weaving also causes some of those "back marker" wrecks in the back of
the pack. Lets say the pole sitter (or someone up front) is weaving
back in forth or speeding up and slowing down. Those movements are
causing the cars behind them to slam on the brakes or at least slow
down. This slowing eventually works it's way to the back of the
pack...like a snake, then someone gets rammed. I'm not saying there
aren't some people in the back who can't hold a line, I know that
believe me, but sometimes the guys up front cause as many problems as
the guys in the back.
