F1 New Sim?

Watching ITV's new coverage of the F1 season and they took us on a lap of the
Australian circuit with a computer simulation.Looked a lot like F1GP2 but
afterwards they thanked Psygnosis for their sim-is this a prototype for any
forthcoming game-the follow up to F1 on the PSX perhaps?

This is the PC version of Formula 1, which (AFAIK) is to be released
sometime this month.  :)
