Power F1  by Eidos   is on the shelves today.

Anyone see it or opinions???

Yeah, I picked it up last week (South Africa) and....

IT'S NO GP2!

more like an arcade game, with shite in-car sounds, tracks whose tight
corners have been "stretched" to make them easier, awkward looking cars,
and .....

almost NO control in keyboard steering mode, the car always understeers
into corners, and then wildly oversteers at the apex, and with not even a
chance that your back's going to come around..

Split times and other stats info is well presented though..

Bottom line.. I need to spend more time on it, I just went back to GP2 (ah,
bliss!)

Hey Steve, do ya think ya could be less descriptive than that?
All us guys here would like to probably know why you took it "straight"
back. Could ya give us a little better critique? If you do we just might
listen to you.(grin)

I'd have to guess that he "took it straight back" because he considered it
to be worthless!
That's a good enough assessment for me to steer clear of it!
