Anyone know the release date for Destruction Derby 2 by Psygnosis?
Their previews page mentions Nov'96 but no date, what about a demo.

maybe a month :-(

Will be interesting to see, since they removed the Link-cable support
in the PSX version (that main reason I refuse to buy it).

Big loss...they should concentrate on split-screen modes rather than that stupid
worthless link cable.  yeah - that's right...I don't know anyone willing to haul
their TV and PSX over to my place and I'm certainly not lugging my big-screen
around...

At least the PC version has IPX support, which means Kali/Kahn will work
with it (or at least require minor modifications to work with it) :)
BTW, Kali/Kahn lets ya play IPX network games over the internet.

Well, those of us with 3+ TVs who want to link are pissed !!! <g>

Hell, I was gonna buy an extra PSX just for link-up stuff, but with
DD2 and TM2 both dropping link support and rumors of Rage Racer with
no link-up support has pretty much canned that idea.

Yeah - I have 2 TV's but I can imagine inviting my friends over....

"okay...I'm gonna play on my 35" big screen and you can link up on my 12"
kitchen-counter TV"

Nope - split screen on my big tv is always bigger than if I were to link.
