F1RST Multiplayer Utility (for F1RC and F12000) Question.

I have been using F1RST to connect to start multiplayer games.  Earlier
there was just one lobby and everyone played in that lobby and there were
always a lot of players.  Now there are about 7 lobbies and six of them are
password protected.   There is only one public lobby but there is hardly
anyone in there anymore.  Where is everyone?  Which password protected
racing league should I join to find some opponents?
