Force Feedback in N3 with a LWFF

I have a Logitech FF wheel and in N3 the forces are so weak they are almost
not there. My N3.ini settings are:
FORCE_SCALE_PERCENT 200
FORCE_DAMPING_PERCENT 50
Is there a way to increase the forces or is this the most you get with a
LWFF in N3? Do I have my settings wrong? In GPL I can increase them so that
the wheel is wrenched out of my hands if I want(which would make my driving
worse than it already is).

You only get very slight wheel-road effect forces in N3. The
main forces you feel though IMHO are the more important
ones. Namely banging fenders with your "good buddy".

My forces in N3 are strong enough  to give me sore arms if I jack them all
the way up. I have to wear driving gloves to keep from getting blisters
between my fingers.

I have NO FF setting in my N3.ini. Have you tried it default?
