Sorry but at the moment it won't.  Press release made no mention of
Force-Feedback in Nascar Racing 3 (the old Papyrus game engine Nascar
title).

will feature force feedback even though it uses the N2 game engine.  Not like
that mattes to me.  I need a FF wheel first...

Quite a big different from some interviews on N2000 back only 2-3months ago.
A little more and I think it was just a marketing plot, since it doesn't
take a week to implement correct FF in a title.
