N3 car conversion to NR2002 help please

by DJSpeed » Tue, 12 Nov 2002 12:08:02

Hey,

Does anyone want to convert my N3 car to NR2002?  I can submit to you the
files I have for the paint scheme.  I am a total graphics dummy when it
comes to this and so would like some help in doing this.  I would like to
have both Ford and Chevy versions.

If anyone is interested in helping me out, please e-mail me and let me know.

DJSpeedy

PS - Remove the NOSPAM tag from the e-mail addy to get through :-)

I think converting an N3 car to N2k2 isn't as simple as it sounds.  The
car shapes are different and even how they layer the textures has changed.
Your best bet would be to find somebody who could repaint a new N2k2 car to
match your old N3 car.

Yea, that's what I meant Dave. :-)

I did have someone re-paint it before, but thought I had lost it (read,
FORGOT to back it up!) when I re-formatted my drive.  Of course, I FOUND it
just after posting that message, so all is well now.  :-)
