frames/sec?

Thanks, that would be nice for us "realists" here on RAS.  Interesting that
on Ed Solheim's RT video there is no HUD for gears in the***pit or
speedometer/tach for that matter...

That's because it's recorded from the replay which has none of those :)

I've just used FRAPS, it seams to work OK. I'm getting anything between 50
and 80fps all maxed out on a P4 1.7 + GF3.

if this is turning into a wishlist, I'd like to add a requst for an
option to not draw the steering wheel.

there's something about having four arms that bugs me. :D
