F1 Challenge 99-02 question

What configuration file and parameters I should edit if I want to make
my own imaginary F1-season instead of normal 1999-> -season? (like how
to drop races from the calendar and may be add too). I want to make more
balanced season without need to constantly vary the difficulty settings
(like Spa/Monaco is always too easy and Nurburgring/Suzuka/Hungary next
to impossible to do well)
