I agree Dave, I just loved the way he waved to the fans as he was doing it.
A one handed donut with 3 stages still to race takes a lot of bottle.

Anyone know where/if I can find a clip of this on-line?
Dale.
Especially from the in-car footage complete with a wave to the crowd.
What a star - unbeatable on tarmac.
Karl.

OK, so he did have 40+ Sec. in hand, but still, and who cares if he's
terrible on mixed surfaces.
BTW, you ever hear the guy try to speak English? That's almost as
entertaining.
TB
I may be able to get one. I'll post here if/when I do.
He speaks pretty well, he just likes to use the word "fantastic" a lot. :-)

Forget who it was in front, but it was an absolute classic!! Gilles just
lost it and went for him... I think he got fined by the FIA too.
Matt.
The real funny thing is the the only one that seem to be able to match these
Pug's and Citroen's on tarmac - is Petter Solberg in the Impreza.... This
is a guy who's been racing/rallying on gravel/dirt all the time.. - as
we've never had much tradition holding rallies on tarmac.
Come to think of it - i can only recall one pure tarmac rally being held
over the last couple of years!
Go Petter!
