F1 2002 Multiplater problems

by Russell Spearin » Sat, 25 Jan 2003 05:16:10

Hi all,
I regularly play F1 2002 over the internet with a friend of mine. We tend to
have a series of short races in an evening. We can each host a race ok once.
However, having already hosted one race each, if either of us host another
race, the other person will not be able to see it. We then both have to quit
out of the game, re-launch it, and then we can then both host one race each
again. This is still using the same internet connection. Does anyone know
why this is?

We are both using an ADSL internet connection and we do NOT announce the
race (we manually input the other persons IP address). All firewalls/routers
have been dissabled etc.

Many thanks

Russell Spearing
