Excellet. I kind of stoped playing it because it was just was too hard. I'll
give the new patch another try.

% Finally...
% This patch removes the DRAMATIC slowdown touching the grass!
% Good news for the guys running out of track all the time... ;^)
I must compliment UbiSoft for their efforts and for continuing to "fix"
their product. I really had my doubts that we would see a fix for the
sticky grass, but UbiSoft is really sticking to it. [sorry bad pun].
Too bad MickeySoft crapped out on CPR, they could take a lesson or two
from UbiSoft.

I have to fully agree with you here.
Ubisoft has been great at providing patches/fixes and even updates to
their games. Ubi constantly provided patches to fix any bugs left
within the game. They also made available many cars and tracks, some
of which were still being released after about a year later - showing
that they will continue to support and provide features for a
relatively older game.
It would be amazing if Ubi decided to make a Nascar and/or Cart
simulation based on the same graphics engine.
Marc.

Type VER while in the game. The realease version appears. Type VER again and
it goes away.

while on the track (ie driving) type VER to get the version. type VER again
to remove the version number from the screen.
