tried Bob Stanley's Sears Point setup on the Team Lightspeed board, and
after reducing the size of the front sway bar a couple of clicks, I was
able to get into the 1:21's and 1:22's (six laps in a row - times varied
by no more than half a second). I think after a bit of practice with
that setup (and maybe some more tweaking) I will get into the 1:20's or
maybe 1:19's.
The places I have the most trouble are accelerating off turn 4 and turn
6. I have a lot of tire squealing going on and in turn 10, considerable
tire smoke as I sometimes (unintentionally) Starsky/Hutch the car onto
that back straight. I'm sure I'll burn through the tires quickly until
I get comfortable with the setup.
