They seem to have removed the no-cd patch from USPITS.COM.  Does anybody
know where else it might be?

Still there, just tested it

http://www.theuspits.com/fbody/nascar/index.html and then Nascar4 on the
menu bar on the left and then the little "utilities" link at the top of
the page, the NOCD patch should be the top item in that section
