MGPRS2 no-cd patch?

I know this question has been asked before - but I didn't know if anyone
had finally made a no-cd patch for MGPRS2.  I noticed an F1RS patch on
megagames.com, but nothing else.

And yes, I do own the game - my CD was damaged, and I don't miss MGP
enough to go through the hassle of tracking down another copy.  Just
missing an F1 fix, and am holding out for GP3 (F1-2K doesn't look like
it's worth full price, at least not without an ISI patch).
