Anyone having problems with ICR2 (rendition) and the NAZ wheel? When
I calibrate in the sim, the steering bumps to the left now and then.
This either throws you into anouther car or off of the track. Annoying!
The wheel works fine in NASCAR2 and Honda racing sims. Any suggestions?
I am using the Magicwave PCI soundcard and its joystick port.

Thanks in advance

Perhaps it's time to clean the pots.  If dirty, they'll spike horribly,
causing the condition you described.  Get yourself a can of electronic
contact cleaner from the local radio shop.

Cheers!

Not recommended, but I tend to disassemble things during cleaning.
This can potentially cause more problems than it's worth, but if
spraying inside does little to eliminate the problem, then you have
little to lose by removing the cover.

BTW, WD-40 also works well (for the time being), but will eventually
attract more dirt than you sprayed away.

Cheers!

Just a quick question on this Marc. When cleaning pots with electronic contact cleaner,
do you just spray the stuff inside or should you remove the metal cover and physicaly wipe
them with ?something? as well?
