Um. I played GP2 on a AMD 486 100MHz, and it wasn't too bad. Had to turn
down a LOT of detail, but it worked. I don't think that there's anything I
could recommend for a 486/66.
Things are a bit different with a Pentium 133. Depending on RAM and
additional Hardware (most important: VooDoo1) you can have a lot of fun for
the money. But still this computer would be too weak for a true sim...
To shorten this, if you're into simming I would suggest that you save your
money and wait until you can get yourself a decent computer. Intel's
Celerons are pretty cheap already, and you can do a whole lot by
overclocking a 300a (up to 450MHz!!). I think that you shouldn't buy the
486. No matter how cheap, this computer won't even be able to run Windows
95 properly.
