Hi,

I know there are loads of GPL sites, but I have tried to cover some
slightly different ground, ie a bit of explanation of the modelling of
car physics, tyre modelling, etc..  It is in its infancy at the moment,
so there is not a lot of info, but I'd appreciate your feedback.

This is my first experience of web site design, by the way!

Cheers,

Neil

OK, in 800x600 res, I can't get to the "Personal Section" part of the menu
bar on the left of the main page.  I'm using IE5.

Good start, keep up the good work!  Looks just fine at 1024x768 on both
Netscape 6 & on Communicator 4.72.

You want my impression?  All I can say is "Impressed"!  That page will
definitely go in my links on my web pages.

Nicely laid out.  Great content.  No miss-spelled words and correct grammar!
Which is refreshing, to say the least.

Of course what would you expect from a 26-year-old Phd?  <VBG>

Nice site, but there is no link to "tyres" at the bottom of the "basic sim
principles" page.

HAR!  Sure was!  I looked at that, and looked at it some more.  Then I hit
the "Send" button knowing full well that it looked weird.

That was an ironical typo for "mis-spelled", right? ;-)

Okay, I've got it in my favorites! I particularly like the simulation
principles page.  Only criticism; your lap times are way too quick <G>.
Now you're just like all the other big-dogs -- intimidating the GPL
novices.

Nice page, but under recommended controllers, why not include ACT Labs?

Thanks for the comments everyone, it's good to hear that it's not a
complete disaster!  I know there are links missing all over the place, and
I'll include the ACT Labs wheel in the controller section.  I missed it as
it's not readily available in the UK.  I'll post to the group as it gets
updated to be a little more comprehensive.

Cheers,

Neil

Same problem here using NS 4.72. You have scrolling disabled for the
menu frame in the file gplindex.htm. The document you put in the menu
frame is larger than the frame (at least at screen resolution 800x600).
Enabling scrolling should make the complete menu accessible even though
it wouldn't look so good.
