GSB2 beta problem launcing

Hi can someone make sense of what the error below means I can connect to
vroc and race no problem but when I try with the beta gsb2 with patch I get
this message when launching I can see the race listings and also use the
chat programs in gsb the only thing I can think off is that I have the nocd
file installed P.S. system PIII450 win95 2 Voodoo 2sli 128ram gpl 1.1.03

Getting similar error message now, although I can "connect direct" no
problem. Wasn't going to ask now as I have no time to race anyway, but since
you brought it up....
