I remember this as a feature they promised. (then again, it has become
difficult to seperate rumours from facts) But indeed it does not seem
to be in GP3.

Yeah, I deliberately ran into a few cars last night.  One took a wheel off,
another broke a wing off.  Had one car flip over right in front of me.

Cool.

nope. Debris on the track does not cause damage to other cars
(neither yours nor ai cars). (grain of salt applied due to
"beta").
