Has anyone seen or made a NEW Sears Point for N2 with the changes they
made for the Nascar race?

But you can assume mostly that if they get the license for the track in
Nascar3 there is a very high % of chances to see the newly redesigned Sears
Point track.

I haven't even seen the changes to the real track, and you want it for
N2?

I know I could do it along with one other person, but it wouldn't be anything
fancy, probably just do a decending straight between the two turns. Will see,
I have a lot of projects for myself; but I could make the trk for that real
quick (the graphics could take a while).
Would people like to see that done?
This is what an overhead picture would look like, red is changed, orange is
the same as the old track (just to give you an idea of what the transition
would be).

The Nascar Southwest Tour cars qualified today. I think
the fast time was a 1:12.26 . Thats about 26 seconds faster
than the old track.
The old track is still there; They just added a bypass from 4 to 7
for the Nascar race. I guess if N3 has the new track then I will have to
keep N2 for the old track.

I would. I like a lot this track and would like to drive in the new
configuration.

Actually there is more then enough utilities on the net if you try a
conversion deal between n2 and icr2 you'll make the perfect track.

I don't recall seeing a TRK utility floating about,
which is required for updating the turns.

I saw the new configuration on ESPN 2, during qualifying, it's much more
entertaining to watch. Gordon got the pole with a time of around 71.030, i
htink.

I guess it would be too much to ask Papyrus to put an option in to use
the old configuration or new configuration. At the same time they could
give use the option to bypass the chicane at Watkins Glen.
For the inexperienced drivers, of course. :-)
